They sent me experimental services, messed with a ton of settings, remoted into my server a dozen times.  Nothing they could do could fix it.  Then, one day, I replaced the HDD in the server with a clone of the existing HDD and everything worked perfectly.  I wish I knew why.  The service hasn't failed since.  I know it's frustrating.
